Subject: : Trade Charts for Chart Labor
I'm a young band leader just starting out and I need to build up a library of charts. I'm sure that many of you have some charts that you find just too sloppy to read. I am willing to create a clean score and set of parts for you for charts that you send to me. I have worked extensively with sibelius (my MM is in classical composition so I can do just about anything that can be done with the program), and can easily make charts for you that look as good as new. I'm not even charging any money for this service, the catch is that it has to be a chart I'd like to have a copy of in my book. What I'm looking for: early ellington, early basie, moten, chick webb, willie bryant, mills blue rhythm band, goodman, henderson, etc. Basically dance band charts from before 1939 or before. Sorry I'm not looking for anything later than that at this time (though in the future I may open this service up commercially to do clean up charts for other types of charts/orchestral/band music/musicals etc.) Please contact

Greetings, greetings fellow charts traders,
This is a little off topic but directly related to missing parts.

When I find missing parts to an arrangement I end up with 2, 3 or more files for one chart. I would like to merge these files into one pdf instead of filing them into folders. At the moment I have lots of subfolders, each of them containing parts that need to be merged into individual files.

I have been trying to find a program that will automatically merge all the individual files within a folder (and subfolders)into one pdf file. I have found a number of shareware that do this but none satisfactorily.
Some do it fine, like PDF Slip and Merge but you can only do one folder at a time and you have to specify the output name each time. A long process if you want to do many.
PDF Junction/adult pdf does exactly what I need, merges by folders and subfolder at once and it uses the original folder name as the output name for the resulting pdf file. The only pro
