First, I would like to thank all who helped me find Afterglow (Marian McPartland/Dick Lieb). Secondly, The chart: PATTY , that I was looking for, I found the composer/arranger was Dominic Spera, written for his wife. It is a ballad in 4/4, featuring an alto solo. I tried C L Barnhouse, and Hal Leonard ,for whom he had written, but so far no luck. The version is NOT the Bob Florence tune, but thank you to those who told me to check that out. I have a small band (4 horn) library and I'm trying to determine its value. There are approximately 350 charts (Wolpe, Ron Davis, numerous other arrangers, big band lead parts, orignials and 2 dixieland books. Features alto solo all the way through...the same named chart by Bob Florence, is NOT the chart. The one I am looking for is in 4/4 time.
